custom_watermark_image breaks elastic responsive design #2

As soon as custom_watermark_image is defined elastics responsive view is somewhat botched.
For a second the inbox can be seen:

but after that the view jumps immediately to:

Going back to inbox repeats the process.

Same issue. It appears that in responsive the ajax call passes param action=plugin.watermark which breaks it
