Issue on page /mechanisms/gene_regulatory_networks.html about env and versions of packages

Thanks for you guys wroks, it's a wonderful tutorial in scRNAseq analysis. When i reproduce your codes，there are a lot of problems on env and versions of packages. Such as this chapter pySCENIC lastest version is 0.12.1 at Nov 2022, there is many problems in installing pySCENIC and older version of scanpy. For this issue, could you add all Session Info for every chapter of this tutorial. Thanks for you guys again. :)
