Submit ekalappai to windows app store

I understand the latest windows 10 S version doesnt allow any external programs to be installed. This OS allows installation of applications from windows app store only.

So to make the ekalappai available to windows 10S users and also to other windows users who may want to get applications from windows store alone, we need make ekalappai available thro windows store.
