History does not update from online info #343

I delegated LUNC in another wallet and Station Desktop does not pull the history of transactions from online info.

The refresh function does not pull the data from web sources, which is the most accurate and timely source.

The solution is to have the wallet use the refresh function to update transactions from the web source.
