@abhullar-tt initially raised this with us.
We're refactoring the soc descriptor path, and we have to make sure not to block our design, and to allow different PCI coord.

Hey Bojan, just wanted to put this on your radar that the PCIe NoC 0 physical endpoints are different based on the BH board type in the following manner:
