Add versim to CI and its support in main branch of tt-metal.

We have versim in a separate repository and only a specific branch supports it.

We would be regularly using versim for simulating Wormhole_b0 and Blackhole, so we would like to have its support in the main branch and a very simple test case so that it is always tested by CI such that it is not broken.

We would also like the read me files to be updated to reflect the latest changes.

Main branch support should now be possible as tenstorrent/tt-umd#180 has been merged and metal has bumped to most recent UMD.

In terms of a CI pipeline, I believe this will have to be done on the gitlab side as we should not be exposing any Versim binaries or VCS licenses. I've made a relevant issue here: https://yyz-gitlab.local.tenstorrent.com/tenstorrent/tt-metal/-/issues/2
