Turn initial proof of concept into a production level module based on Stargate version 0.40.0. These changes will include

Code coverage of minimum 80% with all tests passing with success;
Unit testing on CLI functions that pass with success;
Qualitative review and enhancement of current unit tests;
Use of appropriate production-level error trapping, handling and logging;
