游玩Teacon 2022 离线包时发现，投影仪仍会重新尝试获取线上图床上的文件；但部分图床会对已失效的图片返回一张“图片已失效”的图片，还有的图床会拒绝访问导致图片失效；但是就是不读取本地已经配置好的图片缓存。

希望能够有一个config file，来调整投影仪读取本地源/线上图片的优先级。
或者Non Update Mod的高版本移植也可以
