Voice Over announces "right arrow", which is not really useful as after that the actual action gets announced. So supress the voice over announcement.

Where does this "right arrow"-text come from? Is it somewhere in the markup?

I guess it's because a font instead of a SVG icon is used. Seems like the CSS "content" gets read out loud.

Would be fixable by replacing the font character with an SVG icon the gets hidden from screenreader via https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/Accessibility/ARIA/Attributes/aria-hidden
