Description of the bug

When I use the input method that comes with windows 11, sublime sometimes fails to switch input method between Chinese and English, I can't switch from English input to Chinese input, but when I switch the currently focused window to another window and then switch back to sublime, the problem disappears.
This problem started a week ago and is getting more and more frequent now. And other programs work fine, only sublime has this problem.
