Vintage doesn't understand that 'ctrl-[' is equal to escape. #190

Back in the ancient days of keyboards the actual escape sequence for escape is ctrl-[. This has caused many vim users to type it in place of actually hitting the escape key.

Vintage does not understand this keybinding.
