move chest calibration to different repo #38

With a view to releasing this repo, I think that the chest calibration should be moved to a different repo as a) it's specific to a particular configuration of our robot and b) it introduces a dependency on the mongodb_store which may be undesirable for some people.

Did you have any repo in mind? scitos_apps?

It could be pretty general, as it's not scitos-specific is it? So strands_utils or something that will replace strands_utils? @marc-hanheide

If this is something that is a useful tools for a wider community, I'd even suggest to give it its own repo. Alternatively, we could include it in the new strands_movebase repository (see strands-project/scitos_2d_navigation#43) that is to be created. That repository shall include all the stuff to facilitate 3D obstacle avoidance on top of movebase.
