The provider protocol still has ./update in 4 places. Is that still how it should work? Or should it have ucan/attest now?

It should either be ucan/attest or we could just update examples so it does not has to mention either. Before we had no dedicated spec so I tried to cover all the details, perhaps these details are noise now that there are specs for auth and session.
