Add PSyclone OpenCL transformation to Shallow benchmark #32

The OpenCL transformation should work for any PSyKAl benchmark using the GOcean API, but a first try showed a couple of problems:

one invoke fails with the symbol_table not finding a symbol
compiling other invokes fails with a type mismatches

This probably needs fixes into PSyclone more than here, but I created branch 'shallow_opencl' to explore this.
