`Unknown' biometric error in case of too many failed scan attempts (Android) #21465

Reproducing on Android 12, Samsung Galaxy A52

Steps:

  1. Enable biometric auth
  2. Close the app and reopen the app
  3. Generate failures during scanning bio on login until you get the error about too many attempts
  4. Observe `Unknown' biometric error

Expected result: we should show the error explaining that there were too many failed attempts and user should try again later or use password for logging the app.
