include hosting, particularly how to ensure caching issues for service workers
(see nginx notes here: https://golb.hplar.ch/2017/12/Workbox-in-Ionic-and-Lazy-Loading-Modules.html), or firebase notes from other project firebase.json files

Some discussion for firebase: Polymer/polymer-starter-kit#1046
Although not sure if this is issue a) only relevant to chrome and b) only relevant if expecting multiple updates within a 1h period
