Import email account with messages from cpanel

I change my server mail and i start with stalwart
Everything works and I would now like to repatriate the emails from the accounts that were on Cpanel to stalwart

How do I do this because I don't quite understand the instructions in the documentation

There are two alternatives, you can either use imapsync or, if you have your mailboxes in Maildir format, import them using the Stalwart CLI.
