Cannot choose another Payment method after having choosed Paypal then canceled #150

Hi,

Here are the steps to reproduce my issue (using spree 2.0.3, spree_paypal_express 2-0-stable, but I saw this error in 1.3 too) :

create an order, choose Paypal payment.
on paypal website, click "cancel..." (i got the text in french so I cannot be precise)
now you are back on the payment checkout page, choose another payment gateway, then click "save and continue"
you should have an error message saying "Payment could not be processed, please check the details you entered"
if I try again with the other gateway, I got 500 error and the order is deleted (cart and everything).
