Count and segment trees to detect the percentaje of sick trees in the dataset provided

Steps to Reproduce

Please break down here below all the needed steps to reproduce the issue

1. Create the faster-rcnn labels
2. Train Faster with these labels and test the model, if the model is not good enough, come back to step 1 and label more images.
3. Create the Deeplab labels.
4. Train deeplab with these labels and test the model, if the model is not good enough, come back to step 3 and label more images.
5. Infer all ortomosaic and extract conclussions.
