Really it's an rspc/Tauri Specta/export feature concern but also it is kinda language specific depending on whether namespacing is being used or not so idk.

Regardless it should be optional.

This also ties into detect_duplicate_type_names which is in the core but doc hidden for some reason. I assume we use it in rspc or TS or something.
