[feature request] inspect transaction via the main search box

when pasting an encoded transaction message into the main search box on explorer (which is displayed at the top of every page), it would be really nice if the explorer would detect that the textbox's content can be parsed as a transaction to be inspected, then send the user to the actual inspector page to get the full details
