Include a reference to the RSCamps write up in the in practice section

Describe the change being requested
include a reference to the RS Camps write up of the use of EOG in the 'In Practice' section.

State the reason for the change
It highlights the use of the EOG for a different style of event

Describe the impact of the change on other parts of the SSI-EOG
Just an addition to the EOG 'In Practice' section at this stage - however it might for an interesting data point for when the main EOG is refactored to include event dimensions (size, place, duration)

Describe any alternatives you have considered (if applicable)
We could copy all of it in .rst format - but would have to ask @selina-aragon if that was ok - so it was republished as .rst with a link to the original blog
