Describe the change being requested

In the publicity section, it would be useful perhaps to include this: "When writing about your event, make sure you use the Five Ws (who’s running the event, what the event is, when and where it will take place, and why it’s important to attend or relevant to a specific audience)." It refers specifically to writing information about an event, whether as a web page or a news item.
