A section dedicated to disability access requirements for the venue and accommodation.

We received a detail list of disability access requirements for one of our keynote speakers for CW20, which were extremely useful and should be documented for future use in SSI events.

Will create a new section for the EPS, and link to e.g. the Venue page.
