Roadmap: remote files

** Content Idea **
Snakemake supports the use of remote files (e.g. S3 buckets or iRODS). We need an example task, e.g. to demonstrate archiving.

** Indicate Dependencies **
While it is trivial to implement this for a particular site, every site provides different archiving solutions and software. Hence, a general demo is challenging. Ideas?
