Add Progress bars to GUI when jobs that require QThreads are launched #32

The current implementation of the GUI results in queuing jobs that are only triggered once a thread becomes free to run that job.

Users may benefit from seeing a measure of progress for the job queue and also how close each job is to being finished.

This may also allow a visual demonstration of when resources are freed.
