As discussed in https://metadaten.community/t/vokabular-als-json-scheme/59 we should allow other properties for describing Concept Schemes, which will allow SkoHub Vocabs to serve vocabs published by lrmi without modification.
This issue was also brought up in discussions with @carlschuurbiers

I suggest the following adjustments for skos:ConceptScheme:

  • allow skos:prefLabel
  • allow dc:title
  • allow dc:creator
  • [Edit 2024-04-24]: allow dc:description

I suggest as well using the following order trying to get titles: dct:title > skos:prefLabel > dc:title

The order is arbitrary. If someone has reasons for another order, I'm open to suggestions.
