[Help wanted] Dynamic notification icon for android

I searched a lot for a way to change the notification icon dynamically with the app icon,or make it similar as the changed app icon, but I was not able to. Am I missing something?
The app always take the default icon for the notification but this only happen for android, for ios it works well.

Same issue for me. Did it work for notifications on android for anyone?

Also, I'm using MIUI and I know that if I change the theme then it should update the notification icon, but not with this package.
