Improve the whole UI

Improve the individual thread pages, this would include standardise the organisation of information, correctly fit the edit/delete/subscribe/add/etc. buttons and generally give a pleasant revamp to the whole thing:

• company page
• speaker page
• member page

Then we have the forms which are basically the edit pages for each of these threads which would greatly benefit from a revamp and improved functionality in some cases:

• company edit page
• speaker edit page
• member edit page

Other important items:

• standardise the colour palette
• standardise fonts used as well as its dimensions
• correctly order every content in select boxes
