The wot-discovery specification covers both how to discover Things and how to offer a directory service as a Thing.

Would be good to make sure the library crate offers both aspects:

Discovery
- mdns-sd-based service discovery #4
- Thing Description collection
Directory
- Thing interface #3
- Description cache/db
  - Search/Delete/Update
