Add disk/volume tab to Talos Dashboard output

Description

With the Disk/Volume Management feature introduced with version 1.8, it would be useful to display the disks and discovered volumes on a new tab on the node's dashboard output (talosctl dashboard ...).

disk throughput, utilization, and temperature would also be cool to have.

Not sure how much hardware information is available to Talos, but I agree that throughput (or BUS speed) and temperature would be great. And Utilization % (or Free Space) for discovered/mounted volumes would complete the view.
