Newer VapourSynth version support

Hi, I noticed that in the pyproject file only vapoursynth R66 is supported

Support for newer vapoursynth version would be greatly appreciated

I think there was some reason I had to specify it like that in the pyproject.toml file, due to other dependencies demanding that exact version in their pyproject files, but in reality this will work with R66 or newer. poetry might complain, but pip won't.

I will look into fixing that in the pyproject file though.
