Getting AssertionError when running the script

Getting the above error on the mentioned below screen and remaining entire script got failed

Change "index + 1" to "index + 2"

And why this happened in the first place?

Yep it worked. Due to addition of another div within the expected scope. Increasing the index to find the right one.
