Mistweaver Monk Simulation does not use Rising Sun Kick in it's rotation.

To reproduce, I guess just run a sim on a Mistweaver Monk.

Rising sun kick is not in the damage breakdown.

Technically an issue that should be reported directly to SimC as it's not an issue with the Raidbots functionality: https://github.com/simulationcraft/simc/issues

Looks like Mistweaver just has a super simplistic APL. Healers generally aren't well supported in SimC as it only sims DPS. You could ask around the Mistweaver Discord or post an issue directly to SimC. However SimC is entirely developed by volunteers and healer specs usually don't get a ton of attention so it might not be addressed.
