Don't respawn inside bases

Hi Scott, thanks for this wonderful remake. I love it, just as much as I loved the original game!

I might be wrong, but I think in the original if you'd die inside a base you would respawn outside of it. In your remake, I lost all 7 lives in a row because a respawn inside a base is a situation that is difficult to get under control.
