Portable Text field mutations are delayed by up to 3 seconds

Hello,

I was asked by @stipsan to open an issue in this repo to help track a problem we've identified.

There seems to be a consistant delay before Studio mutations are triggered when editing Portable Text fields.
This is most easily demostrated using a video of the network inspector:

Notice how a simple text field as well as a slug field and a radio field all trigger immediate mutations to the Content Lake, while any change in a Portable Text field is significantly delayed.

This results in a very laggy experience when using Live Previews with Portable Text since "standard" fields give near real time live previews while Portable Text fields have around a 3 second delay before changes show up.
