Python Error with Stable Diffusion Web UI

I assume this is just a problem with resource access but I don't know what I should add. Adding python.exe for "open" didn't work. How can I fix this error?

I can confirm it also on a new empty sandbox.

Yes this allows it to run, but is there a way I can add an exclusion to allow it in red? If not, then maybe a compatibility template in the future? I want to install stable diffusion on the same box I use browser for since you need it to access UI. It uses alot of space with several models and I'd rather not have to split my disk into two boxes.
