Chrome and LoR can't be installed inside defaut box

Hi everyone.

Yesterday, I tried to install ChromeSetup.exe and Lengend of Runeterra on Defaut box

With Chome, It suddenly close after I run ChomeSetup.exe

With Lengend of Runeterrra, I can install RiotClient and game, but when i launch game from client it return a system error and i catch a notification like this: service not implemented: GetEffectiveRightsFromAcl

So, does anyone know about these issue ? How can I fix them ?

But i have not found the way to fix error with LoR
