[Suggestion] Character annotations

Don't know if anyone else would find this interesting, but I think it would be neat if you could add custom per character annotations. Perhaps on the match data db, and also have it output to the console log. Perhaps a little dropdown or tag system containing a list of the most common fighter characteristics (zoner, rush, mexi, etc..). I don't really afk bet with saltybot, I like to use it as support. It's tough to keep track of what every character does with so many of them.

I also use saltbot as mostly a support tool to supplement live betting. Annotations in the db that prints to console sounds amazing.
