[7702] List changes needed in Safe Wallet Web

With 7702, an EOA can be delegated to Safe code.
In wallet UI, this means users should be able to import EOA as Safe account and be able to use it just like any other Safe.

Issues in UI:

• When provider connected EOA is itself the owner in Safe owners mapping, UI does not allow import the EOA as Safe account.
• Fix issues related to safe-deployments as EIP has a custom proxy and proxy factory, fallback handler Address
