On the backlog for now.

Separate project
No portability requirement
Allowed to use Windows-native (and/or Windows-only) tech e.g. .NET or C#
No Qt due to concern for potential commercial forks (don't want to create burden for those potential downstream users that want to close-source their fork) -- confirmed in private

Necessary cooperation from the ruyi side for an external GUI:

Windows build
Git operation without git command
Distfile fetching without wget or curl dep
Unpacking of distfiles without Unix-like commands dep
Equivalents of dd and fastboot
Porcelain interface for ruyi device provision

Anyone who wants to take up this task should contact the RuyiSDK team for further info.
