Setup a way to view a table of contents for the site.

Requirements:

  • YAML format.
  • Pages included in the TOC should have Previous, Next & TOC links to allow for automatic navigation.

I added a TOC feature that outputs JSON. This makes it fairly easy to create a JQuery based page that can display a nice TOC. Not sure about Previous and Next links, though.
