Add better way to pre and post process client side stuff for serverops

typical operation might be to do some processing client side on some params, then start the server side work, then once promise resolves do some post processing

In addition this should work well enough so that Hypermesh can precondition any model data, run the operation in a transaction (how is that going to work) and on successful completion, update the effected models on the client, and return any new models.
