setup.py doesn't pakage *.py

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. python2 setup.py build
2. python2 setup.py install --root="$pkgdir"
--install-purelib=/usr/share/jbrout
3.I've got the *.glade, images, translation but no *.py in my pakage

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A complete package with all the __init__.py, jbrout.py ...
