where do i place Xresources file

I am using the unstable version for ubuntu 23.04.

I have my Xresources file placed here:
~/.config/regolith3/Xresources, ~/.config/regolith2/Xresources, ~/.Xresources-regolith
as the page about Xresources does not tell me where, configuration talks about ~/.config/regolith2/, and in a github issue from 2019 i found ~/.Xresources-regolith. But it seams like none of them load...

here is the content:

i3-wm.program.files: dolphin

update while writing:
just found out about regolith-diagnostic, it clearly lists both ~/.Xresources-regolith and ~/.config/regolith3/Xresources as found. it just did not apply at all... super-shift-n still starts dolphin, the bar is at the bottom, there is no window gap, i still need to click to focus, etc...

lower in the output of regolith-diagnostic the following lines are there:

update:
just tried changing the cursor using ~/.config/regolith3/Xresources, and it does not change. The new value is visible in regolith-diagnostic. Also, I just saw that one of the files found is ~/.Xresources, not ~/.Xresources-regolith. Oops...

SO, It started working... the issue was that the keys all started with wm. instead of i3-wm.... so maybe change that on the site?
