Resetting theme of gnome notifications

Hi, I (stupidly) installed Regolith on top of an existing Gnome-based DE (Pop_OS!), and am struggling to get things back to normal after uninstalling.

I've gotten most of it but the notifications in Gnome / pop-shell are still showing up with Regolith styling (colors, fonts, etc) and I cannot figure out how to unset this. Weirdly, disabling an unrelated extension (gnome-pomodoro) and logging out / in with that extension disabled resets the notification styling; but ideally I would like to keep that extension and just disable whatever is affecting the styles.

Any pointers appreciated!
