Catalog should NOT be mandatory on connection definition

As it is known, the most important feature of Trino is that it can connect to multiple different database servers and suppliers and display them all as separate Catalogs within a single Trino connection.

However, "Catalog*" is mandatory on the Trino Driver connection screen in the SQLTools application, which ignores the entire feature of Trino, which can display multiple Catalogs.

It should be possible to skip the catalog name without giving it so that all catalogs can be listed and a query can be written.
