Patching slices within KubeObjects results in the creation of an additional entry #88

For example:
in a Pod if the name of a container is changed, a new additional container is created with the original unmodified.

Similar behavior can be seen with modifying ports.

Patching should work such that the remote patched object matches the local one.

We should move patching into it's own package.
