Building is on spreads roadmap but has not yet been implemented (see #59) and the docs should definitely be updated to reflect this. I'll make sure this happens.

We are trying to get to this soon. In the meantime would definitely love feedback on the mechanism discussed in #101 to express which Docker context is built.
