Describe the bug
Time compare stopped to work since 1st of Oct.
I have a time returned as HH:mm:ss and I want to compare only hours and minutes every 60s. When I enter above format to compare – previous it worked and now there is a strange offset of 1h 24min. See screenshots below.
Time is not being compared with success. See screenshots below.

Time comparison should be made within time.

Additional context
This seemed to work till the end of September.
Even if I add this 84min offset (so time matches), it still doesn't compare with success:
